Soil type: Clay and limestone with gravel. Mediterranean climate. Destemming. Each grape is vinified separated and then blended. Fermentation for two weeks at 63°F. The wine is aged on lees with regular stirring for 40 days in new covered concrete vats. During the process, special attention is paid to maintaining the fruit expression and concentration with regular pumping over.TASTING NOTES
Pale pink with cherry, red berries and tropical notes. Elegant, fruity, smooth, very fresh with a persistent length. Serve at 50–54°F with seafood, shellfish, salmon, pork, grilled meats, salads, light cheeses. The perfect summer wine!
