Country: Chile
Region: Colchagua Valley

Grape Varieties
100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Grapes are hand harvested at the end of April and are subjected to a cold soak over 4 days prior to fermentation, with a total of 30 days skin contact. The wine is aged 14 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels (1/3 new) before bottling.

Deep ruby red color.

Loaded with ripe blackberry and currants aromas, complemented with subtle touches of black pepper.

Nicely integrated oak completes a beautiful and complex aromatic profile from this blend. Full of ripe and soft tannins that give a strong support with a soft and creamy texture. A huge wave of ripe black cherry, blackberry and plums flavors combined with touches of cedar and toast from the oak ageing, make this wine juicy, intense and with a long finish.
