The blend can change from a year to another with variable amount of Gamay and Pinot Noir.
Hand harvested ; whole cluster with carbonic maceration for 7/8 days at controlled temperatures of no more than 82F.
Intense ruby color.
Expressive scents of red fruits, dark cherry (Burlat AOP) vanilla notes.
Structured palate with elegant tannins.
