Domaine Antonin Guyon is one of the most prestigious estates in the Côte d’Or, as well as one of the largest family-owned wineries in the region. Started in the 1960s by Antonin Guyon with parcels of land in Gevrey and Meursault, the domaine is controlled and operated today by Antonin’s sons, Dominique and Michel. This huge 47 hectare property now produces wines of impeccable quality from 15 different appellations, including some of the most renowned villages of the region. It is also a firm favorite of wine lovers and connoisseurs worldwide, particular for its exceptional range of Premier and Grands Crus.
This village is located just northwest of Beaune, where the soils are predominantly clay and limestone based. Usually overshadowed by neighboring appellations of Aloxe Corton and Beaune, Savigny-Les. Beaune represents extraordinary value in Burgundy.
100% Pinot Noir
Grapes are hand-harvested and then carried in small boxes to the winery, where they are sorted. Long fermentation takes places for 15 days in open wood vats, at controlled temperatures and with punching down. Wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 15% of which are new.
